Salt and Oil NZ – Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: This competition is run by Salt and Oil NZ. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

  2. Prize: One winner will receive a year’s worth of Salt and Oil NZ Magnesium Spray (4 bottles in total).

  3. Eligibility:

    • Open to residents of New Zealand only.

    • Entrants must be 18 years or older.

    • Entrants must provide a valid New Zealand postal address for prize delivery.

    • One entry per person.

    • Employees of Salt and Oil NZ and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  4. How to Enter: Complete the sign-up form via the competition Facebook/Instagram post during the promotional period. No purchase is necessary to enter.

  5. Competition Period:

    • Opens: on publication of the competition post.

    • Closes: 11:59 pm, 10th October 2025.

    • Entries received after this time will not be valid.

  6. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

    • The winner will be contacted directly via the details provided.

  7. Claiming the Prize:

    • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

    • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, another winner will be drawn at random.

  8. Publicity: By entering, entrants agree that if they win, Salt and Oil NZ may publicly announce their name on our Facebook and/or Instagram pages.

  9. Privacy: By entering, you agree that Salt and Oil NZ may use your entry details to contact you regarding this competition. Personal information will be handled in accordance with NZ privacy law and will not be shared with third parties.

  10. Liability: Salt and Oil NZ accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries, inaccurate contact details supplied by entrants, or for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the competition or the prize.

  11. Marketing Communications: By entering, you agree that Salt and Oil NZ may add your email address to our mailing list and contact you with product updates, special offers, and wellness tips. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails.
