  • SO: Active contains Natural Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate), Organic Sodium Bicarbonate to neutralise lactic acid, and 5 essential oils used for their pain- and tension-relieving properties.

     

    Add a third to a half* of the contents of the pouch to your bath and soak for 20 minutes. Great to do in the evening as the act of taking a warm bath also encourages sleep.

     

    You can also use it as a foot soak – Add a cupful of the salts to a tub of warm water. Soak your feet for 15 minutes. Great as part of a home pedicure treatment. You can also grab a handful to use as an exfoliating foot scrub before you soothe your feet in the warm water. Remember to keep a towel close by for when you’re finished. 

    * If you are training hard or your body needs some extra TLC, using the whole pouch in one bath is beneficial.
