Using a non-metal spoon tip a tablespoon of the clay into a small bowl. Add water or apple cider vinegar, a small amount at a time, till you get the right consistency. Mix to a smooth paste, apply it to your clean, damp face, then rinse off after about 10-15 minutes.
IMPORTANT - Don't use a metal bowl or spoon when handling your clay. Because clay is good at removing heavy metals, any metal touching it will deplete its detoxing powers. You want that to be working on your skin, not the spoon!

This Sodium Bentonite Clay is harvested, dried, milled and packaged with no chemicals used. It is compliant to Food Standards Australia & NZ. It is not tested on animals, is suitable for vegans, and is allergen free. No added colourings, fragrances or flow agents have been added.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Bentonite clay becomes like a highly porous sponge when mixed with water. Toxins are drawn into the 'sponge' through electrical attraction, and once there, they are bound to the clay and removed from your skin when you wash off the mask.
Bentonite is negatively charged, and so provides the electrons that free radicals need for stability, meaning they are no longer free to cause molecular and cellular damage.
As you rinse the clay off, you will gently exfoliate dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling soft, smooth and clean.
Your face may feel flushed and tingly when you rinse off your mask. This is normal and is caused by the clay bringing blood to the surface of your skin while it's absorbing any impurities.
For urban North Island, shipping for orders up to 5kg is $6. Orders up to 10kg are $14.
For urban South Island, shipping for orders up to 4kg is $7.50. Orders up to 5kg are $10. Orders up to 10kg are $20.
For all rural addresses, there is an additional $8.50 charge. If you can have your parcel delivered to an urban workplace or friend, go for it!
NB - If your order is deemed rural by the courier (areas don't always align with NZ Post RDs) but you have paid for urban delivery, we will contact you to find out if you have a non-rural address we can use, or ask you to pay the $8.50 excess, as I'm afraid we can't cover this cost.
