Game Day Magnesium Bundle
SO: Active contains Natural Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate), Organic Sodium Bicarbonate to neutralise lactic acid, and 5 essential oils used for their pain- and tension-relieving properties.
Add a third to a half* of the contents of the pouch to your bath and soak for 20 minutes. Great to do in the evening as the act of taking a warm bath also encourages sleep.
You can also use it as a foot soak – Add a cupful of the salts to a tub of warm water. Soak your feet for 15 minutes. Great as part of a home pedicure treatment. You can also grab a handful to use as an exfoliating foot scrub before you soothe your feet in the warm water. Remember to keep a towel close by for when you’re finished.
* If you are training hard or your body needs some extra TLC, using the whole pouch in one bath is beneficial.
Our Magnesium Oil Spray is made with pure, concentrated magnesium flakes from an ancient minerals field in Tibet, that are formulated to both food and pharmaceutical specifications, with no added fillers like flow agents. We add filtered New Zealand water. That’s it. As with all our products, it’s not been tested on animals. Only very happy humans!
